Rock Fish soup (2-3 plates)
The Market Quarter is proud to introduce the Rock fish soup from AZAIS POLITO which won a Gold Star in the FINE FOOD GUILD TASTE 2008 awards and is also a gold medalist in France.
Pour the contents of the jar together with the same volume of water. Heat for 5 minutes over a medium heat and serve it piping hot accompanied by garlic’s croutons and rouille.
Ingredients : Rock fish (52%), Water,tomatoes, vegetables, olives oil, white wine, garlic, salt, pepper, Saffron and flavourings
Keeps for up to 2 years.
