Mousse of Duck Liver – 50% Duck Foie Gras
The melting mousses of duck liver ennoble the art of cooking and inspire head chefs to cook delicious recipes. Serve them finely sliced in a Quercy salad or use them as stuffing in brioches.
Ingredients: Duck foie gras 50%, duck liver, water, duck fat, salt, Armagnac, spices, sugar, preservative : nitrite salt.
Enjoy it in fine slices with a fresh mixed salad.
Serve chilled.
