Duck Wings with Agen Prunes

Ingredients. Filling : 4 fattened duck wings (45% tin, 50% jar), stoned prunes (pruneaux d’Agen) 5%.
Sauce : duck stock, Cahors wine, stoned Agen prunes, wheatmeal flour, modified starch, Armagnac, duck fat, Xérès vinegar, sugar, salt.
