Preserved Duck Gizzards

Served warm, the Preserved Duck Gizzards make your salad even better and also are a surprising starter.

Remove the fat from our duck gizzards by simply placing the tin in a bain-marie. Gently fry in frying pan; serve them warm, with a curly endive, seasoned with nut oil or hot, either with sauteed potatoes or with beans.

Ingredients. Fattened duck gizzards, duck fat, seasoning, nitrite salt.
