Duck Fricassée with Mushrooms

Ingredients. Filling : fattened duck leg (47% tins, 53% jar), forestry mushrooms 10. Sauce : duck stock, white wine 6%, onion, wheatmeal flour, duck fat, modified starch, tomato concentrate, salt, cornflour, pepper, sugar.
