This excellent chicken cooked with Cahors wine will remind you of all the flavours of the Quercy-Perigord. Put the Coq au Vin in a dish for oven use and heat for 15 minutes or so, and serve accompanied with roast potatoes or fresh pasta. Plenty for 2 persons and can serve up to 4.
