Fennel Confit

To accompany canapés, marinated or cooked fish. Great with pork veal and chicken or with cheese. For something really different try with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients: Fennel (66%), sugar, wine, vinegar, vegetable oil, olive oil (3%), spices and flavours.
