Everyone should keep a couple of tins in the cupboard for when guests turn up unexpectedly or you simply want to prepare a delicious supper. Buy in 1x, 2x, 4x or 6 serving tins.
Very simple to prepare and serve
Remove fat from confit after placing the tin few minutes in a bowl of warm water.
Heat confit in an ovenproof dish in a traditional oven for just 15-20 minutes (th.6).
Grill 5 minutes, skin side facing grill.
Ingredients. Leg of fattened duck, duck fat, salt.
