Duck Confit from the South-West

Inspired by the rich gastronomic traditions of the South-West of France, Alain Godard prepares with talent, savoury ready-made meals. The genuine Duck Confits from ducks raised for their “Foie Gras” will reveal all their flavour if grilled in the oven, until their skins become browned and crisp.

Remove fat from confit after placing the tin few minutes in a bain-marie.
Reheat confit in an ovenproof dish for traditional oven, 15-20 minutes (th.6).
Grill 5 minutes, skin side facing grill.
