Choucroute Garnie au Confit de Canard (Choucroute with Duck Confit)

This traditional dish of seasoned cabbage and duck confit has been served in many forms and at many times throughout France. 

Traditional German, Austrian and Hungarian versions often contain sausages, but the use of Duck Confit gives a very rich and delicious dish that is easy to serve.  

Pair with boiled potatoes for a more filling option, or salad for something lighter
