Duck in Orange Sauce

A favourite ready meal that simply needs heating and serving with mash potatoes or a salad. This is made with fresh orange juice, Cointreau and the breast of duck.

Ingredients: Breast of duck (50%), slices of orange, veal stock, pure orange juice (8%), sugar, Cointreau, salt, vinegar, corn flour, duck fat, wheat flour, pepper.
