Aioli with fresh eggs

Typical Mediterranean sauce to accompany fish, seafood and shellfish. It is also excellent with meat accompanied by potatoes. Can also be spread on toast as a canape.

Ingredients : Fresh eggs, vegetable oil, garlic and lemon.
