Buying from us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. We will take payment from you when we accept your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

If the goods you order are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

How to place an order

We accept orders through our website. For web orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. For security reasons we do not store your credit card details either electronically or on paper.

Back orders

If the item you order from our website is not in stock, we will notify you either by phone or email and will give you the option to either cancel your order or wait until the goods are back in stock.

Guarantee

All products sold at www.marketquarter.com come with a 14-day guarantee. If you are not satisified you may return the goods to us for a full refund no questions asked.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown on this site include VAT where it is applicable. The full order price including VAT and delivery is be shown at the checkout. Delivery charges are extra.

Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometimes be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered prior to their dispatch, we will tell you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you we will cancel your order.

We reserve the right to change prices listed without notice

All orders for products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.

Delivery

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

Most orders are delivered within three working day. Remote areas including the islands and highlands may take longer but should be no more than 6 working days.

Returns Policy

The Market Quarter has a 7-day returns policy for all products on our website as required under the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000. The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds.

You must inform us by email: marketquarter@googlemail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
(the date of delivery will be recorded by our carriers) that you wish to return goods or if you have any damages, faults or shortages.

The Market Quarter cannot accept responsibility after this period.
