Delivery

Orders not containing chilled goods (cheese, charcuterie, snails, fresh foie gras etc) will be delivered normally within 3-4 days using Royal Mail or a Courier as appropriate to the size of the order.

Please note that orders can be sent to your home or work address.

Our fresh products, cheese, charcuterie, snails, fresh foie gras and so on are all delivered to us on Wednesday each week to be fresh for that weekend.  We ship all fresh orders received before midnight on Tuesdays on Wednesday or Thursday for delivery in time for the weekend.  

We will try our best to fulfill orders placed on Wednesdays and Thursdays in time for that weekend, but if your order is urgent, please e-mail us, call 020 7064 0793 or attach a note to the order to let us know.

Delivery Charges

All orders over £50 are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

Smaller orders cost a fixed £6.

At present we can accept UK orders only.

Secure Payment

We offer payment either through SagePay (with a Visa or Mastercard) or via PayPal (with an existing PayPal account). It is fast, familiar and fully secure.

Returns

Should you not be delighted with a product that you have purchased from The Market Quarter then we will replace it or refund your money in full. Please email us and we will sort things out.

Your suggestions

If you can’t find the items that you would expect us to stock then send us an email. We are planning to start selling fresh and mi-cuit foie gras soon together with a range of wines especially selected to match the foods we stock.
