France’s famous fish soups and Scotland’s smoked fish form the heart of this selection and are easy to prepare and serve. Try the different varieties including crab, langoustine as well as the traditional “soupe de poisson”.
We also have a delicious mussels casserole and a salted cod pâte (brandade) that would make a great starter spread on toast.
