Confit is usually meat preserved in its own fat but can also describe fruit and vegetables cooked slowly to the consistency of a jam. We’ve grouped them here because they are some of our most popular items.

Duck confit, in particular, is one of the most versatile items for your larder; with a thousand and one uses and the most rich and flavoursome meat in the world.

Our fruit and vegetable confit are very special too; made slowly from ingredents such as Aubergines (Egg Plant), Fennel and Figs.

These savory jams are as at home with cheese as they are with cold meats or hot pies. Delicious.
